Cuba and US plan to Open Embassies

Greetings, ISOM maniacs. US, Cuba reach deal to reopen Cuban embassies. Click here to read the CNBC article. Does this mean Cuban cigars are closer to legalization? Congress has to lift the trade embargo but this news gets that possible a step closer.
